Our boxes typically include a mix of unisex crew and v-neck tees in adult sizes small to 3xl. Every now and then, though, we like to change it up with a women’s fit t-shirt, long sleeve or tank top. Our shirts are always made from high quality combed ring spun cotton for a lightweight, super soft feel. Please reference our size chart to determine your size.
We understand that sizes can fluctuate, so we make it easy for you to change your t-shirt size. Just login to your account to update your t-shirt size by the 15th of the month and we will accommodate any changes you need in the upcoming shipment and beyond. In My Account, click on Subscriptions, then Change My T-Shirt Size.
Most of our subscription boxes include a pair of earrings, but sometimes we like to change it up with bracelets, necklaces, wristlets, etc. Whatever it is, you can be sure it will look great with your new t-shirt!
Our earrings are always lead and nickel free, and we try to keep them as light as possible for maximum comfort. Most of our earrings are hook-style, so they can be easily swapped out with other hook options for those with metal sensitivities.
Part of the appeal of the Tipsy Pixie Box is the surprise! Each month you will receive a new new bar tool, glassware or drink accessory that will help you concoct that month’s featured cocktail. While you can’t select the tool you get, we promise it’ll be a great addition to your bar collection!
At Tipsy Pixie, we’re all about getting the party started, so we like to give you easy recipes that won’t require a million different ingredients or extensive culinary skills. There are some truly amazing cocktail and appetizer recipes out there that would knock your socks off, but might also break the bank or take days to prepare – those are not the recipes in our boxes. We keep things simple and sweet (ok, we also go for savory, spicy and sour too!).
After your first order, which will be charged immediately, we will process your monthly subscription fees on the 16th of each month. As long as you subscribe by the 15th, your box will ship by the 20th of that same month. Your subscription will then automatically renew each month going forward until you cancel.
We offer a few different one-time box options that are perfect for gifting. If you want to purchase a recurring subscription for someone, just enter the recipient’s information in the “Ship to” address and your information in the “Bill to” address. The subscription will continue until you cancel.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at anytime! As long as we receive your cancellation request via email by 11:59pm on the 15th of the month, you will not be billed for that month’s subscription and your membership will be cancelled, no questions asked. Non-subscription items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
When you subscribe by the 15th of the month, your box will ship out on or before the 20th of that same month.
Shipping timeline examples:
Orders placed between 1/16 and 2/15 will ship on or before 2/20
Orders placed between 2/16 and 3/15 will ship on or before 3/20
If you have ordered a non-subscription item, your order will ship within 2-3 business days; please allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery.
We ship within the contiguous United States. Contact us if you live outside the contiguous US and would like to place an order.
Due to the nature of our special-order products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Failure to update your size prior to the 15th of the month will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Subscriptions must be cancelled by the 15th of the month to avoid renewal for another month. Once your subscription renews, we are unable to cancel the order, issue a refund for that order, or accept a returned package for a refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
